Important Travel Information
At Airport Check-in: U.S. DOMESTIC: A minimum of 90 minutes prior to departure. INTERNATIONAL: A minimum of 2 hours. CHARTERS: A minimum of two hours. Allow additional time during peak holiday seasons and busy hours as many carriers board passengers in order of check-in time. SPECIAL FARES: Your ticket may be based on a special fare involving travel restrictions. When booking or changing reservations, advise the agent or airline to insure compliance with appropriate restrictions. Your failure to do so may result in an increased fare, in addition to cancellation penalties. CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly recommend insurance for those traveling on tickets subject to a cancellation penalty or for non-refundable tickets, and as further protection against airline, tour operator or cruise line bankruptcy. OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS: There is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which you have a confirmed reservation. If the flight is overbooked, rules provide that no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for payment of the airline's choosing. If there are not enough volunteers, the airline will deny boarding to persons in accordance with its particular boarding priority. With some exceptions, persons denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensation if delayed substantially in reaching the final destination. TICKET VALUE: Protect your ticket!!! You must retain all unused flight coupons, passenger receipts and boarding passes, when applying for a fare adjustment, claim or refund. These documents are your only proof of travel. Lost, stolen or destroyed flight coupons cannot be replaced or refunded without considerable inconvenience and cost to you. SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: Since pre-assigned seats are not available on all airlines and flights, we have done everything possible to reserve the seat(s) you have requested. However, we do not have control of the aircraft configuration and the desired seats may have already been assigned or withheld for airport check-in. IMPORTANT: Proof of U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED for all travel out of the United States. GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID REQUIRED AT AIRPORT CHECK-IN. |
